I am a native New Yorker, (born in the Bronx, NY). I've worked for various commercial and investment banks in Manhattan, (NYC) for over 25 years. I've lived in Newburgh, Orange County New York for 13 years and I resided in Rockland County NY and have lived there for15 years. I am a Sales Agent, fully licensed in New York.

My unique background and extensive knowledge about the greater NY area helps me tremendously in assisting clients in purchasing homes or investment properties.

I also enjoy the negotiation aspect of selling real estate because I do enjoy a challenge. I believe that any deal can be achieved if the parties are serious and willing to work to make it happen. If I encounter a question posed by a client, or a problem during a transaction that I can't answer or address immediately, I do advise my clients that they will get an answer to anything I do not know or may need to confirm within 24 hours or less!

As previously stated, since I cover the greater NY area, I often work with a "Power Team" of experienced agents who I call on at times to assist in servicing my clients, so if I'm away, or have an emergency or simply need to refer a client due to any limitations on my part, I always ensure that my clients are referred to the best agents so that they receive the attention and high quality service they deserve. My "Power Team" also includes knowledgeable mortgage brokers with over 30 years in the mortgage business, along with real estate attorneys with extensive practice in residential and commercial sales and leasing.
